Welcome to China Edu Care!
By accessing our services, whether digitally, in print, or in person, you (“The Client,” “You”) enter into a binding agreement with China Edu Care (“The Agency,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are designed to create a transparent, fair, and powerful partnership as we guide you toward your academic dreams in China.
Please read this document carefully. It outlines our commitments to you and your responsibilities in this process. Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
1. Our Mission & Your Journey: A Partnership for Success
1.1. What We Do:
China Edu Care is a premier education consultancy dedicated to guiding international students through the entire process of applying to, securing admission and scholarships for, and transitioning to universities in the People’s Republic of China. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Consulting & Counseling: Expert advice on university and program selection.
- Application Management: Assistance with form filling, document preparation, and submission.
- Scholarship Guidance: Identifying and applying for suitable scholarships (CSC, University, Provincial).
- Visa Support: Guidance on the required documentation and process for a student visa (X1/X2).
- Pre-Departure Services: Briefings, accommodation assistance, and flight booking guidance.
- Post-Arrival Support: Assistance with university registration, residence permit application, and settling in.
1.2. What We Don't Do:
We are a consultancy and guidance service. We do not:
Guarantee admission or scholarship approval. These decisions are made solely by the universities and scholarship councils.
- Provide immigration or legal advice that requires a licensed legal professional.
- Fabricate documents or misrepresent a client's credentials. We operate with the highest integrity.
2. Client Responsibilities: Your Role in This Adventure
To ensure the highest chance of success, we need you to be an active partner. You agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: All information, academic records, and documents you submit must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Timely Communication: Respond to our requests for information, documents, or feedback in a timely manner. Delays on your part may impact application deadlines.
- Meet Deadlines: Adhere to the payment schedules and document submission deadlines we advise.
- Act in Good Faith: Engage with us and the universities honestly and ethically.
3. The Financials: Investing in Your Future
3.1. Service Fees:
Our fees are for the consulting, guidance, and administrative services we provide. They are not a payment to any university or government body and do not influence admission decisions. All fees will be clearly communicated in a separate Service Agreement before commencement.
3.2. Third-Party Costs:
You are responsible for all mandatory third-party costs, including but not limited to:
- University application fees.
- Standardized test fees (HSK, IELTS, TOEFL).
- Visa application fees at the embassy.
- Cost of document notarization and translation.
- Airfare, insurance, and personal living expenses.
3.3. Refund Policy:
Due to the extensive preparatory work involved, we have a strict no-refund policy once services have commenced. If an application is unsuccessful, we may, at our discretion, offer to apply to alternative universities within the same application cycle, subject to a review.
4. The Limits of Our Power: Understanding Guarantees
4.1. No Guarantee of Admission:
The final decision on all applications rests entirely with the respective Chinese universities and the China Scholarship Council (CSC). We cannot and do not guarantee admission or the awarding of a scholarship. Our role is to maximize your chances through expert preparation and a flawless application.
4.2. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: pandemics, government policies, changes in immigration law, university strikes, or natural disasters.
5. Intellectual Property: Sharing the Blueprint
All materials, documents, templates, and resources provided by China Edu Care are our intellectual property. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only throughout your application process. You may not distribute, sell, or share these materials with any third party.
6. Privacy & Data: Your Information is Sacred
We collect your data to provide our services effectively. We will never sell your data. Our detailed Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to this data practices.
7. Termination of Services: The Parting of Ways
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if a client:
- Provides false information.
- Fails to meet their responsibilities after repeated reminders.
- Engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.
- Upon termination, any fees paid for services not yet rendered are forfeited.
8. Governing Law: The Rules of the Road
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be first resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of [City, e.g., Beijing], China.
9. Your Acceptance: Sealing the Deal
By making a payment, signing our Service Agreement, or explicitly confirming your acceptance via email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
